Helping coordinate communications back in the UK while the team is on the ice is 27-year-old Tim Moss. Tim gained his Psychology MSc in New Zealand under a Commonwealth Scholarship and now runs adventure website 'The Next Challenge'. He has a background in polar logistics from his time at the British Schools Exploring Society and has been on expeditions to Russia, Bolivia and Kyrgyzstan. He hopes that working with the team will help him prepare for his own South Pole trip to tie in with the London Olympics and also give him something exciting to write about on his website.
