Press Conference Success
Squeezed between final First Aid practice, last minute packing and catching flights, the expedition team held one last press conference.
Hosted at London's prestigious Commonwealth Club, team leader Felicity Aston gave an honest and inspiring speech in front of journalists from around the world.
Kaspersky Lab were represented by Roger Wilson, Vice-President of Kaspersky Lab’s Marketing Division. Mr Wilston used his speec to draw parallels between Kaspersky Lab's principles and those of the expedition. He was also presented with a Kaspersky Lab Commonwealth Antarctic Expedition official team jacket!
Team member Sophia Pang (Singapore) talked about the importance of the expedition to her as a wife and mother of three, whilst Stephanie Solomonides (Cyprus) related the ethos of the expedition and the Commonwealth to the current issues in her own country
Following the press conference, the team appeared on BBC South East Today.
