This is a thank you to everyone who has left messages on the 'Ask us a Question' page. I've just got off the phone from the whole team tucked up in their tents at the end of a well-earned rest day. I passed on dozens of messages to the girls who laughed heartily for a good half hour and asked me to pass on their thanks and smiles. So, please keep it up!
(N.B. Sophia and Era were a bit short on messages - where are the Brunei and Singapore supporters!?)
In other news, the team have reached their most significant waypoint on the whole journey - the re-supply.
New food, clean undies and extra fuel were dropped off by plane at arranged coordinates that the team aimed for with their GPS. They've re-sorted their kit, tucked into supplies and left a stash of unwanted kit and waste to be transported out by another plane.

Stephs PodCast in writing:
"Hi everyone, this is Steph. We're still in the Antarctic, we're still OK. We've made it to our resupply point. Which means that part one of our expedition has now been successfully completed.
I think Helen mentioned, Helen spoke about the resupply point and ALE role. Well, we've come to that point, we've found all our stash that ALE very kindly dropped off for us. Tomorrow morning, we'll sort through all the bags and get everything we need for the second leg of our journey. So that means ration bags, food bags, the early morning and dinner bags. Clean clothing fpr whoever's packed any clean clothing.
We're also getting rid of stuff that we found we haven't been using that often and we don't need for the second leg to keep our weight down. So it will be a busy day tomorrow. But it's also a day off, so we're all very, very, very happy about that. I probably sound knacked, that's because I am, and the rest of the team can safely say the same.
We've made it to Thiels two days early, which I think is a great feat, and goes to show you that this team is really, really going for it. And you know, we're look forward to our well-deserved day off tomorrow. We're also planning a little party tomorrow night with some good food that we left in our resupply bags. So you know, morale's high, everyone's happy, happy but tired, and I think everyone's looking forward to sleeping in. Should be good. Hi to everyone at home, and we'll be speaking soon. Bye."
