Kylie's PodCast in writing:

"Hello this is Kylie from New Zealand calling the world. How's everyone doing out there? I'm sitting in the tent with Reena and Helen and we're trying awfully hard to eat our food tonight, it's not that it's nor delicious, it's just to be honest, I think our stomachs must have shrink because just trying to get all of our drinks and food and seems to be a bit of an effort. Our bodies are still working pretty hard or hard enough to be you know warranting this good food but it is hard work.

We were skiing along today in pretty good weather, pretty light wind but cold. We seem to be getting a little bit colder, the air is colder. We headed aways from a place called Thiels Corner following along what we thought was the Thiel Mountains but were actually just a few Nunataks. Bloody big Nunataks!

Then we saw today the real Thiels Mountains way back behind these Nunataks. We could see that because we started climbing up a sort of a long low-angled hill. So we've got pretty full pulks after our resupply and we can feel the weight of it and we headed out of the nice soft snow and nice smooth snow and were back into some sort of more lumpy bumpy harder stuff. I was really hoping this wasn't an indication that the wind went through here and worked all the snow off. So far the tents aren't battering aroung too much so that's great.

We're doing OK. We're all good. a few niggles and aches and pains and things with everybody. Funny stomachs and what have you. I think it's just the couple of hundred kilometers that we skiied already, probably just starting to kick in a bit. I think some of the girls including me, I'm on one of them, are starting to look a little bit skinnier but I've assured everyone that they always have chicken legs.

So I hope everyone is well and thank you so much for all your amazing messages, they're coming through, we can't get to hear all of them every week but we get to hear a few from you guys at home. Friends and family and also thank you so much to all the friends that none of us have ever met. That have been writing in with really inspirational comments that make me feel more determined to carry on and inspired to keep going because we need a bit of help! It just really lifts our spirits and makes our day so thank you very much."
