Not the time to fall
The excitement is building as the team went for the briefing with Antarctic Logistics this morning.
We went along with the members from other teams who will be joining us on the first flight of the season into Patriot Hills.
There are a few protocols that make this more unusual from a conventional flight - one of the main aspects that ALE wished to convey was the fact that we will be landing on an ice runway. So, our first steps on arrival in Antarctica will be very slippery... This is not the time in the expedition to fall!
